Classes - Getting Started

PILATESJOY provides safe and progressive teaching teaching of the Pilates Method. Classes are offered to people with or with no previous experience. Classes are a tremendous way to relieve stress, strengthen your body and mind and improve your overall posture. Pilates helps prevent injury and improve, concentration, skeletal alignment, muscular balance and more.

Movement

Pilates is a great form of exercise. You’ll learn how to move, combining different exercises for an increased feeling of physical freedom that is incredibly beneficial.

Using the Apparatus

Learn about Pilates. You’ll explore movement as you enjoy moving differently. You’ll also gain confidence that can enrich your overall wellbeing. Pilates classes are offered for every skill level. 

You learn about You

Classes are a great way to get into shape and feel well. However, regular Pilates practice is not only for routine physical fitness. It can also help to manage chronic conditions, pain from injury and recovery following surgery. Rehabilitation and remedial classes take place in the studio setting using Pilates apparatus and auxiliary equipment. Learn about how movement can boost your confidence. In no time at all you'll begin to have an overall sense of wellbeing.
